We provide a full range of services including local, interstate and international movement using existing accounts with well known market leaders. Transurf also trade with smaller, local and interstate carriers, giving you a broad spectrum and improving quality and value. We provide a simple solution for every individual problem, from point to point couriers, next flight of urgent packages, an individual pallet to a semi-trailer load. We also manage speciality freight including dangerous goods, temperature control, clinical trials, time critical, vehicle transport and storage services.
Almost all freight can be lodged online and tracked through our suppliers systems. The benefits of freight consolidation give you the flexibility to use different carriers for specific areas of your business without any extra administration, invoicing or establishing lines of credit. Even if you use several different carriers, you will receive only ONE invoice per month from us, with a clear breakdown of every consignment.
The management of your account is very important to us and it’s not only about saving you money, but finding you the best possible service. We have a strong customer service focus which allows you as a client to speak to someone directly each time you call. If you require a service that we do not currently supply, then we will endeavour to find that service provider for you and negotiate rates on your behalf.
There are no contracts, no add on fees by Transurf and no restrictions on trading; we simply base your rates on the volumes and carriers we use therefore no job is too big or too small.
